The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, forest fire protection, logging and harvesting, nature protection, seed and selection, collateral use of the forest, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities and the performance of current activities in the field of forest education to be carried out in the Glinne and Sierakowice forests in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, forest fire protection, logging and harvesting, nature protection, seed and selection, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities to be carried out in the Glinne forestry in 2023. Contracting authority

provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 75% of the value of this contract.

forests") including work in the field of forest breeding and protection, forest fire protection, logging and harvesting, maintenance of educational facilities and performance of current activities in the field of forest education,

side use of the forest and works in the field of nature protection, to be carried out in the Sierakowice forestry in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 75% of the value of this contract.
