1. The subject of the contract is the successive diagnostic kits designed for real-time PCR detection of ASF virus DNA.

2. The detailed description and manner of execution of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ, respectively, which is the Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Annex 2 to the SWZ constituting the Designed provisions of the contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive diagnostic kits designed for real-time PCR detection of ASF virus DNA.

2. A detailed description and method of performance of the subject of the contract is specified respectively in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ constituting the Description of the subject of the contract and in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ constituting the Proposed provisions of the contract.

3. The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

4. The Ordering Party shall require the submission together with the offer of the means of proof listed in Chapter X, paragraph 8 point 2 of the SWZ and in Annex 1 to the SWZ. In the event that the Contractor does not submit the means of proof in question or the evidence in question is incomplete, the Ordering Party shall call for their submission or supplementation within the time limit set by the Contractor.
