project management missions for the rehabilitation of the building at the southern end of the Espace Saint Marc in view of the reception of the Orléans Conservatory

This consultation concerns the missions of entrusting the project manager with the rehabilitation work of the building at the southern end of the Espace Saint Marc with a view to hosting the Conservatoire d'Orléans. It will give rise to an ordinary contract that is not allocated and cannot be renewed. The estimated cost of the works is estimated at €2,568,157 excluding VAT, i.e. €3,081,788 (including VAT)
