The contract is for complete consultancy services within the disciplines:

RIB — Consultant engineer for construction with RIBR — Consultant engineer for fire prevention;

RIV — Consultant engineer for HVAC;

RIE — Consultant engineer for electricity.

BIM-coordinator responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the DAK manual for the project and assistance with the preparation and quality assurance of 3D models for all disciplines and active participation in collision checks with 3D model. Principles that have been used in previous phases for drawings and BIM shall be continued when preparing the DAK manual.

The services provided shall cover contractor services, deliveries and construction work, completing and commissioning the buildings and documenting building and technical installations. This involves, amongst other things, the following consultancy services:

— Detailed engineering design services;

— Tender drawings and tender descriptions;

— Technical evaluation of tenders;

— Assistance with the preparation of contract documents and contract plans;

— Cost estimates and assistance with uncertainty analyses;

— Complete work drawings and system drawings;

— Necessary consultancy assistance at the construction site;

— Preparation of the ‘as-built’ information;

— Administration of the MOMD documentation and training before handover;

— Obtaining authority permission for own calculations and drawings;

— The PRO functions for own engineering design services and for any supplier engineering design with the necessary check of the supplier engineering design;

— Necessary internal technical coordination of all the engineering design services at RI;

— Assistance with the handover of all contract work to the contracting authority;

— Assistance with the preparation of the final settlement.

Tenderers shall allow for the project's natural further development.
