Supply of two sequencers and the associated consumable.

The services are described in the technical specifications of the CEA and are broken down as follows:

A fixed and firm part with:

- the supply of a first sequencer and its delivery to the CEA site of Genoscope,

- the installation and commissioning of the Equipment,

- the provision of any documentation necessary for the use or maintenance of the Equipment,

- the training of CEA users in the use and operation of the Equipment,

- a minimum guarantee of 12 months,

- the supply of consumables necessary for the operation of the Equipment allowing sequencing and a high quality de novo assembly of 4 genomes up to 2 Gb each.

An optional part with:

- option n°1 relating to the supply of a second sequencer according to the same aforementioned content for the CNRGH excluding supply of consumables,

- option n°2 relating to a 12-month warranty extension at the end of the initial warranty for the Genoscope sequencer,

- option n°3 relating to a 12-month warranty extension at the end of the initial warranty for the CNRGH sequencer.

An estimated part relating to the supply on demand of the consumables necessary for the operation of the Equipment or Equipment according to the choice chosen.

NB: The consumables associated with the Equipment may be ordered by the CEA for a period of 3 years from receipt of the 1st equipment (that of the Genoscope).
