The purpose of this consultation is to purchase an identitovigilance training service in E-Learning for the agents of the health institutions of the Ght of the Cantal.La consultation is launched by the hospital group of the territory of Cantal.The Framework Agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders within the limit of a maximum amount of 150,000 Euros HT over the duration of the contract. The services are regulated by unit prices. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years from the date of its notification in order to allow for the training of 20% of the staff each year. Access to the platform must be operational in June 2023.The number of agents to be trained is given as an indication in the specifications
