At the Geilenkirchen sewage treatment plant operated by WVER (Flahstraß district), upgrading measures are required. These include the renewal of the mechanical sludge dewatering system, including the installation of a corresponding sludge storage and loading system. For this purpose, the appropriate measures must be determined, planned and implemented.

The personnel specified by the applicant to the client in the application process must be available for the implementation of the project. A change of personnel must be reported to the client and requires written approval.
The enclosed sample of the engineering contract forms the basis for the minimum requirements for contractual arrangements.
For the respective approval of the acceptance of work phase 2 (preliminary planning) and work phase 3 (design planning), the presentation of the results to a corresponding committee of the client is required.
Due to the current market situation, price escalation clauses must be developed and implemented together with the client.
During the construction phase, the client expects that a contact person of the contractor for the companies working on the construction site is on site every day in the course of construction supervision, so that any problems that may arise are not brought directly to the company.
