Nkom has an infrastructure which is mainly based on Microsoft technology on both the server and client side. A framework agreement is therefore needed that will ensure Nkom access to necessary new licences and maintenance of the licences we already have. There is also a need for consultancy services connected to licence administration for Microsoft products.

We currently have a Select Plus contract with Microsoft and would like to continue with this type of contract.
