The subject of the contract are services covering the organization of nature and adventure camps on the Baltic Sea, in the mountains of Poland, education and recreation camps on the Baltic Sea, Masurian or Suwałki Lake District for children and youth, and education and tourist camps in Croatia for high school and university students from the area of the Kleszczów Commune in 2020 divided into 8 parts (8 tasks).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Employer with respect to the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - it concerns tasks 1 to 8.

1. Task No. 1: 14-day (13 nights) nature and adventure camp "In the land of fantasy" for primary school students from grades I-III, for 28 people in one stay during the period between 27.06.2020 and 31.07.2020 at the Baltic sea.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - it concerns tasks 1 to 8.

3. Under criterion 2 you can get max. 40.00 points, including:

3.1. The resort with its own direct descent to the beach, which will be used by participants during bathing - no more than 500 meters from the facility in which the group of participants will be accommodated (walking route according to Google Maps) - 5.00 points,

3.2. market / grocery store up to 2 km away (walking route calculated according to Google Maps) from the object - 5.00 points,

3.3 indoor pool inside the building with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 5.00 points,

3.4. an object (guest house or hotel) with a category of at least 2 ** (two stars) entered in the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 5.00 points,

3.5.Thematic disco (referring to the subject of the camp) in the place of accommodation with provision by the Contractor of appropriate costumes / gadgets, separate from program discos - 5.00 points,

3.6. Meeting with the magician on or outside the facility, minimum 1 clock hour - 5.00 points,

3.7. Additional bus trip within a radius of up to 50 km from the property with a local guide combined with visiting a minimum of two attractions (trip lasting not less than 4 hours with transport) - 5.00 points,

3.8. leisure time facilitator (the contractor will provide at least one (1) person with professional qualifications for recreation and leisure time organizer at the participants' disposal during the whole camp) * - 5.00 points

1. Task No. 2: 7-day (6 nights) nature and adventure camp "In the land of fantasy" for primary school students from grades I-III, for 106 people in one or two stays between 27.06.2020 and 31.07 .2020 in the mountains of Poland.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - it concerns tasks 1 to 8.

3. Under criterion 2 you can get max. 40.00 points, including:

3.1. market / grocery store up to 2 km away (walking route calculated according to Google Maps) from the object - 5.00 points,

3.2. indoor swimming pool with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 5.00 points,

3.3. Outdoor swimming pool at the resort with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 5.00 points,

3.4. an object (guest house or hotel) with a category of at least 2 ** (two stars) entered in the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 5.00 points,

3.5.Thematic disco (referring to the theme of the camp) in the place of accommodation with provision by the Contractor of appropriate costumes / gadgets, separate from program discos - 5.00 points,

3.6. Meeting on the premises of the object or outside of it with the magician, minimum 1 clock hour, - 5.00 points,

3.7. Additional hiking trip to the mountains along trails adapted to the age and skills of participants with a qualified mountain guide (trip lasting about 3 hours) - 5.00 points,

3.8. leisure time facilitator (the contractor will provide at least one (1) person with professional qualifications for recreation and leisure time organizer at the participants' disposal during the whole camp) * - 5.00 points

1. Task no. 3: 14-day (13 nights) education and recreation camp "Four Elements" for primary school students from grades IV-VI, for 57 people in one or two stays between 27.06.2020 and 31.07.2020 on the Baltic Sea.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - it concerns tasks 1 to 8.

3. Under criterion 2 you can get max. 40.00 points, including:

3.6. Additional classes: Zorbing / Aquazorbing in a minimum of 1.5 clock hours in groups of no more than 10 people - 5.00 points,

3.7. Additional bus trip within a radius of up to 50 km from the property with a local guide combined with visiting a minimum of two attractions (trip lasting not less than 4 hours with transport) - 5.00 points,

3.8. leisure time facilitator (the contractor will provide at least one (1) person with professional qualifications for recreation and leisure time organizer at the participants' disposal during the whole camp) * - 5.00 points

1. Task No. 4: 14-day (13 nights) education and recreation camp "World of modern board games" for primary school students from grades IV-VI, for 91 people in one or two stays between 27.06.2020 and 31.07. 2020 in the Masurian Lake District or the Suwałki Lake District.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 4 to the ToR) - it concerns tasks 1 to 8.

3. Under criterion 2 you can get max. 40.00 points, including:

3.6. Additional classes: Zorbing / Aquazorbing in a minimum of 1.5 clock hours in groups of no more than 10 people - 5.00 points,

3.7. Additional bus trip within a radius of up to 50 km from the property with a local guide combined with visiting a minimum of two attractions (trip lasting not less than 4 hours together with transport) - 5.00 points,

3.8. leisure time facilitator (the contractor will provide at least one (1) person with professional qualifications for recreation and leisure time organizer at the participants' disposal during the whole camp) * - 5.00 points

1. Task No. 5: 14-day (13 nights) education and recreation camp "YouTuber Adventure" for primary school students from grades VII-VIII, for 69 people in one or two stays between 27.06.2020 and 31.07.2020 on the Baltic Sea.

3. Under criterion 2 you can get max. 40.00 points, including:

3.1. The resort with its own direct descent to the beach, which will be used by participants during bathing - no more than 500 meters from the facility in which the group of participants will be accommodated (walking route according to Google Maps) - 5.00 points,

3.2. market / grocery store up to 2 km away (walking route calculated according to Google Maps) from the object - 5.00 points,

3.3. indoor swimming pool with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 5.00 points,

3.4. an object (guest house or hotel) with a category of at least 2 ** (two stars) entered in the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 5.00 points,

3.5. Disco with DJ on site, separate from program discos - 5.00 points,

3.6. Additional classes: Zorbing / Aquazorbing in a minimum of 1.5 clock hours in groups of no more than 10 people - 5.00 points,

3.7. Additional bus trip within a radius of up to 50 km from the property with a local guide combined with visiting a minimum of two attractions (trip lasting not less than 4 hours with transport) - 5.00 points,

3.8. A meeting with the "Internet Creator" in the category of games or film and entertainment (with a minimum of 300,000 channel subscriptions, a minimum of 1 million views), a minimum of one clock hour - 5.00 points.

1. Task No. 6: 14-day (11 nights) education and tourist camp for high school students (minors), combined with learning about the culture and history of the region for 85 people in one or two stays between 01/07/2020 and 31/07 .2020 in Croatia in the Makarska Riviera or Omis Riviera region on the Adriatic Sea.

3. Under criterion 2 you can get max. 40.00 points, including:

3.1. indoor or outdoor pool at the hotel with the possibility of free use by participants - 8.00 points,

3.2. distance to beaches, which will be used by participants up to 800 m (walking route according to Google Maps) - 8.00 points,

3.3. free use of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, which will be used by participants - 8.00 points,

3.4. Disco with DJ on site, separate from program discos - 8.00 points,

3.5. Additional bus trip within a 50 km radius of the property with a local guide combined with visiting a minimum of two attractions (trip lasting not less than 4 hours with transport) - 8.00 points,

1. Task No. 7: 14-day (11 nights) education and tourist camp for high school and college students (minors and adults) combined with learning about the culture and history of the region, for 49 people in one stay during the period from 01.07.2020 and on 31.07.2020 in Croatia in the Makarska Riviera or Omis Riviera region on the Adriatic Sea.

3. Under criterion 2 you can get max. 40.00 points, including:

3.1. indoor or outdoor pool at the hotel with the possibility of free use by participants - 8.00 points,

3.2. distance to beaches, which will be used by participants up to 800 m (walking route according to Google Maps) - 8.00 points,

3.3. free use of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, which will be used by participants - 8.00 points,

3.4. Disco with DJ on site, separate from program discos - 8.00 points,

3.5. Additional bus trip within a 50 km radius of the property with a local guide combined with visiting a minimum of two attractions (trip lasting not less than 4 hours with transport) - 8.00 points,

1. Task No. 8: 14-day (11 nights) education and tourist camp for high school and college students (adults) combined with learning about the culture and history of the region, for 72 people in one or two stays between 01/07/2020 and on 31.07.2020 in Croatia in the Makarska Riviera or Omis Riviera region on the Adriatic Sea.
