The subject of the contract includes, in particular, sale, delivery, placement in the room of the Southern Hospital in Warsaw indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as commissioning of the equipment and execution before acceptance (by authorized persons) of start-up, functional tests of the device's efficiency, as well as ensuring the start-up of the device by the manufacturer's service, if there is such a requirement to maintain the warranty.
