The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest use and management (forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding) to be carried out in the Herby Forest District in 2019. The place of implementation of the contract will be the administrative area of the Herby Forest District. The implementation of individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest use and management (forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and logging) resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. - size of works according to activities, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and haulage distances.

3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3, respectively. The material scopes are listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.2. are estimates,

4) A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules for the procedure of acceptance of works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.
