Hence, since 2002 service contracts have been carried out for the execution of operations for the conservation and maintenance of the roads owned by the CIM.The increasing levels of services required of our roads, the demands of users and the increase in traffic intensity exceed the capacities of the means available to the Administration and it is not possible to meet all the road maintenance actions with the means of personnel and equipment of this service.
