The contract concerns the purchase of 13 open top tunnel 20ft containers IP-2 for project Neteleiding to be delivered on demand from May 2024. Conditionally, another 13 containers should be delivered in May 2025. The possibility is provided to sell containers back to the supplier. As a variant, it is provided to rent the same type of container.

The containers are intended for storage and transport of all kinds of materials from the mains line and decontamination (buffer storage) within the controlled zone. The containers must be provided with a valid CSC inspection that remains valid for at least 5 years after delivery.

The assignment contains a fixed and a conditional part.

The tenderer's tender shall include a price for the fixed part and a separate price for the conditional part as indicated in the inventory.

Fixed part: the purchase of 13 containers.

Conditional part: the purchase of 13 additional containers.

The Contracting Authority only undertakes to order the fixed part and reserves the right not to place an order for the conditional part, without this giving rise to any compensation or the right to compensation.

The execution of each conditional part depends on a decision of the Contracting Authority which will explicitly communicate it to the contractor.

It is expected that this decision can be made in late 2024-early 2025.

The tenderer must clearly indicate in the tender when the decision is expected to guarantee timely delivery (see §2.6).
