The subject of the contract is the supply of pharmaceutical products for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The order is divided into 16 packages (parts).
The delivery specification is contained in Appendix 1.1 to these Specifications of The Terms of Order ("Price Form"). The other terms of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the tender specifications ("Draft provisions of the contract", on public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract). The contracts for the individual packages will be concluded at the end of this proceeding for a period of 24 months.
