The services covered by the framework agreement will be implemented as part of the operational development of the Usquare project. Indeed, the government of the Brussels-Capital region has decided to develop an international student city there. In addition to university equipment and housing programs, it is also planned to build family housing, shared facilities and quality public space. The SAU is charged by the government with coordinating and implementing the Usquare project for the Brussels-Capital Region. As such, it is designated as the contracting authority and the contracting authority in charge of the implementation of this framework agreement.

Place of supply: Brussels-Capital region on the site of the Barracks of Ixelles - located at 5, rue Fritz Toussaint 1050 Ixelles.

Duration: This Framework Agreement covers a period of 9 years.

Scope of the mission:

This contract consists of a framework agreement comprising at least a complete design mission and the monitoring of the realization of the public space of the Usquare site ("Mission A").

In addition, within the limits laid down in this framework agreement, the contracting authority may entrust the successful tenderer with several additional tasks.

Mission A: mission A concerns the complete mission of design and monitoring of the realization of public spaces of the Usquare project on the site of the former Barracks of Ixelles. The mission includes all the services related to such a complete mission: landscape design studies, urban and environmental, and infrastructure (roads and various networks) related to the proper functioning of public spaces including all the connections to be made with buildings developed by other project management teams, but also coordination-safety and health studies, and finally the monitoring of the execution and budget control of the works.

Additional missions:

In addition to mission A, the contracting authority may commission various studies, design, support, consultation and / or consultancy contracts to carry out the Usquare public space project.

The exact scope of these additional missions can not be determined at this stage, so no minimum quantity can be guaranteed.
