Design and refurbishment of facilities at East Berkshire College, Langley Campus. The college are now looking to let a package of works, known as 'Project 2' which includes the refurbishment of existing facilities to create:

— Hair and Beauty salons (training & commercial);

— General teaching classrooms;

— IT teaching classrooms;

— Innovation IT Centre;

— Lecture Theatre;

— Breakout open learning spaces;

— Toilet refurbishment;

— External Landscaping;

— MUGA.

This project forms the 2nd project of the colleges proposed overall master plan to redevelop the Langley Campus. It is anticipated that the gross cost of project 2 (this OJEU) will be in the region of GPB9.3m.

The Works will be completed in phases to minimise the impact on teaching and be completed for August 2014.
