Catering with service (framework agreement term up to 3 years) for receptions of the Lord Mayor in the Historic Town Hall and in the Town Hall Spanish Building Cologne

For standard receptions and events in the town hall, we are looking for a caterer who offers services with service, taking into account ecological and fair procurement. The scope of services includes the provision of the items listed in the service description/price sheet (document Leistungsverzeichnis_ Preisliste_2023-0001-OB-14 template for bidders.xlsx), the services (service) before, during and after the event, the setting up and setting of the tables as well as the provision of napkins, crockery (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery) and table linen. It is necessary to use suitable equipment that is appropriate for the dignity of the house. Disposable tableware is excluded. Basic equipment for a standing reception with finger food for up to 400 people should be kept available and accordingly not billed (e.g. plates, glasses, cups, special crockery for finger food/flying buffet, cutlery).

These are representative protocol events, the hospitality of which requires a high degree of care and attention. Therefore, special requirements are placed on the supply of food and beverages with good and consistent quality, which meet both simple and upscale as well as high-quality demands. At the events, a distinction is made between a reception and a seated meal. The framework ranges from buffet and flying service to high-quality three-course menus.
