The aim of the enquiry is to establish framework agreements for the right to procure consultancy services, including:

-system development, including specification, design, programming, documentation and test/test management

-operations assistance

-courses/training

-IT security

-IT review and quality assurance

-IT research and analysis services

-general consultancy for project work, technology etc.

-project management.

The Customs Directorate would like to ensure access, through the framework agreements, to qualified consultants and services in a time and resource saving way for the coming four year period.

The framework agreements shall include consultancy services within one or several categories and call-offs shall be made in accordance with defined and agreed terms.
