Description:
Winter maintenance of provincial roads in the winter season 2021/2022 along with winter maintenance of walkways and footpaths - bicycle.

TEST No I — DW 921 and DW 408:

winter maintenance of roads 23,1 km, footpaths and footpaths 28 365 m²

organisational and technical activities,

preparation of materials for the removal and prevention of slipperiness,

removal of snow from roads, footpaths and paths on foot and bicycle paths,

removal of winter slipperiness from roads by using chemical agents or non-chemical (colouring) materials, walkways and walking paths - bicycles,

cleanup work (cleansing after winter).

TEST No II — DW 901 and DW 907:

winter maintenance of roads 36,0 km, footpaths and paths on foot — bicycle 8 305,50 m²,

organisational and technical activities,

preparation of materials for the removal and prevention of slipperiness,

removal of snow from roads, pavements and paths on foot - bicycles

removal of slipperiness from roads by using chemical agents or non-chemical (colouring) materials, walkways and walking paths - bicycles,

cleanup work (cleansing after winter).

TEST No I — DW 921 and DW 408:

(a) winter maintenance of roads with a length of 23,1 km,

b) winter maintenance of walkways and footpaths - bicycle paths with an area of 28 365 m²

(c) organisational and technical activities,

(d) preparation of materials for the removal and prevention of slipperiness,

(e) removal of snow from roads,

f) removal of snow from footpaths and paths on foot and bicycle paths,

(g) removal of winter slipperiness from roads by using chemical agents or non-chemical (colouring) materials,

(h) removal of slipperiness from footpaths and paths on foot — bicycle,

(i) cleanup work after the winter season (clearing roads, pavements and paths on foot — bicycle paths after winter).

in accordance with ANNEX No 3A.

5. The subject of the contract (the conduct of Winter Action) applies the concepts of active winter maintenance of roads, active winter maintenance of footpaths and footpaths and passive winter maintenance of roads, walkways and cycling paths.

6. The active action shall mean the performance of activities related to maintenance of passability by removing snow and combating slipperiness in accordance with the detailed technical specification of proper execution and acceptance of works - winter maintenance of roads and footpaths and footpaths and bicycle paths) and list of standards for winter maintenance of provincial roads and footpaths and paths on foot - bicycle (annexes No. 2,3,4 to the Agreement).

7. Accession of the Contractor to work from the introduction of the active action by the authorized person of the Contracting Authority or the Director of the ZDP shall be up to 2 hours. The time of accession is one of the criteria for selecting the offer.

8. The passive action means the maintenance of equipment on the so-called readiness, the operation of the dispatch point, the patrolling of roads, pavements and paths on foot - bicycle and the intervention of snow removal or the control of slipperiness at the instructions of the Contracting Authority or in cases identified during patrolling - applies to an area with a very limited range.

9. By the action “pigeonhead”, it is meant to combat slipperiness on all provincial roads only by sprinkling them with salt (without flushing). As part of this action, the contractor is required to sprinkle the salt of all provincial roads across their width twice during the day. From the time of the launch of the action, the contractor will proceed to the first sprinkling of the roads at the time specified in the contract, while the second sprinkling of the contractor will proceed at the time indicated by the Ordering Party.

10. By carrying out the service for winter maintenance of footpaths and footpaths - bicycles is meant:

(a) combating slipperiness by sprinkling sand or in the event of very difficult winter conditions with the consent of the Ordering Party with a sand-salt mixture in a ratio of 1:1 of pavement and footpaths on foot - bicycle using a self-driving or vehicle-mounted tray tailored to navigate the sidewalks,

(b) snow removal of pavements and footpaths on foot and bicycle paths using a vehicle used for mechanical snow removal of pavement with an acceptable total weight of up to 2.5 tonnes (vehicles must not damage pavement, curbs, etc.),

(c) the maintenance of the equipment and machinery intended for the execution of this contract with their operation,

(d) the Contractor's own provision of repair and repair equipment provided for the provision of services by the Contractor.

12. The Contractor shall have the technical means necessary for the correct and timely performance of the subject of the contract - each vehicle shall have an up-to-date technical examination, a certificate of admission to traffic on public roads and be equipped with a mobile phone (or equivalent measure connectivity) in order to maintain constant connectivity (use of the driver's phone is allowed). Each vehicle should be equipped with a hands-free kit. In case of vehicle failure while performing work, the Contractor shall ensure the replacement vehicle is substituted).

f) removal of snow from footpaths and paths on foot and bicycle paths,

(i) cleanup work after the winter season (clearing roads, pavements and paths on foot — bicycle paths after winter).
