The aim of the study is to follow the progress on the implementation of the European HPC strategy, to present the evolution of the European HPC ecosystem (e.g. investments, governance, market, usage, etc.), to collect data and provide evidence of the impact and the return on HPC investments in innovation and economic progress in the EU, and to provide additional actions and ideas to complement or support the implementation of the European HPC strategy.
