North East Procurement (NEP) have procured a Framework Agreement for the servicing, testing and maintenance of heating systems to social housing properties. These services are predominantly required across the North East of England and North Yorkshire but may be required in other areas of the UK. Volume will be mainly for domestic gas systems, however there may be a requirement over the lifetime of the framework for commercial and/or multi fuel servicing and maintenance.

The Frameworks entered into are being managed by NEP; and all members, either current or future, are entitled to call off individual contracts pursuant to the Framework Agreement. Any such contract will be held, managed and supervised by the individual member organisation making the call off.

The Framework Agreement is available for use by NEP members and other partners, and customers, both current and future. This may include any registered social housing provider in the UK. The Framework Agreement is also available for access by one or more Local Authorities including Unitary Authorities, Local Government ALMOs, Registered Social Landlords, any other category of Social Landlord.
