01.04.2024 Cleaning services to be outsourced.

The aim of the cleaning services is to ensure that the provision of the services ensures the preservation of the

Cleanliness, performance characteristics, appearance and hygiene are ensured.

In addition to the satisfaction of the users with regard to the cleaning quality, the preservation of the value of the

cleaned surfaces at the top. With the advertised services, all services must be provided that support this value preservation in the best possible way. The subsequent contractor must select the cleaning systems for the different services accordingly.

The maintenance cleaning objects have a floor area of approx. 21,000 m². The annual

Cleaning area over all buildings is used in maintenance cleaning between 2,000,000 m² –

2,600,000 m².
