The contracting entity tenders a contract for client consultancy in connection with the construction of a new club in TNearby in Hedehusene, cf. Appendix 1 of the tender documents. The assignment includes client consultancy within the following phases: • Consulting, programming, tendering, prequalification and evaluation of projects, contracting and schedule management • Consultancy in the execution phase A detailed description of the task being tendered can be found in appendices 1 and 11. The contracting entity's requirements for contract terms are set out in the draft Fee Agreement in Appendix 8. The club is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
