The call for tenders includes a contract for broadband services for Tokke, Kviteseid, Vinje, Nissedal, Fyresdal and Seljord municipalities in western Telemark.

A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.

Background for selection of competition form.

The Contracting Authority indicates that the exceptions according to the Regulations §13-2 a, c and d will apply to the procurement.

The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, and has decided that it is most appropriate to enter into a contract with one contractual partner.
