The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement which shall cover Statistics Norway, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requirements for waste management services in Oslo and Kongsvinger. The Awarding Authority will cooperate with provider(s) who meet the Awarding Authority’s requirement for external environment, high security, simple solutions and solid financial strength.

The Awarding Authority will reduce the annual total amount of waste and some paper waste and residue waste in accordance with the Awarding Authority’s environmental certification and action plan for environmental management.
