The so-called "Outer Development Wingertsbuckel" is located on the northern edge of the Mannheim-Feudenheim district and includes several streets:
- The road "Wingertsbuckel" in the section between "Am Aubuckel" and "Wingertsau",
- the road "Talstraße" in the section between "Wingertsbuckel" and the development of the existing industrial area to the north,
- the new "Planstraße A", which connects to Talstraße and runs between the existing industrial park and the future construction site of the new depot and connects to the U-Hall,
- a "Planplatz B" as the end of the public traffic area, adjacent to Planstraße A, as a turning loop with a bus stop and 16 disabled parking spaces and bicycle parking facilities at the south-eastern corner of the U-Halle, and
- the junction "Wingertsbuckel / Talstraße" as the only access road to the new quarter and the above-mentioned new planned roads or planned areas.
The assignment takes place in 3 stages:

- Processing stage III: work phases 8 to 9 (all service profiles)
