The subject of the contract is the delivery of fuel to heating boilers by transport of the Contractor - light fuel oil in the amount of 200 m3 in accordance with PN-C-96024:2020-12, grade L1. Heating fuel oil should contain red dye and tracer in accordance with current formal and legal requirements.

Deliveries of heating oil will be carried out to tanks located in the boiler rooms of the Prison Service Training Center in Popov.

2. Supplies of fuel oil will be carried out to tanks located in the boiler rooms of the Prison Service Training Center in Popov, located:

1) Popowo Parcele, Nadbużańska 41, 07-203 Somianka;

2) Popowo Parcele, Do Przystani Street, 07-203 Somianka

The Ordering Party reserves that the volume of deliveries and frequency will be regulated depending on the weather conditions prevailing during the term of the contract. Dates and deliveries will be determined by an authorized person by phone or e-mail with advance agreement with the Contractor. The given quantity is an estimate, failure to complete the entire delivery may not be the basis for making any claims against the Ordering Party.
