The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in thermomodernization of the building of Primary School No. 101 at ul. Wspólna 5/7 in Łódź implemented as part of the project entitled "Rationalization of energy consumption - thermomodernization of Łódź's educational facilities. Stage I ”co-financed by the European Union under the regional operational program of the Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2014–2020 (Priority Axis IV: Low-emission economy - Measure IV.2 Thermomodernization of buildings, Sub-measure IV.2.1 Thermomodernization of buildings - ITI). The scope of works includes: insulation of all external walls and basement walls to the foundation bench with moisture insulation, flat roof insulation with accompanying works, replacement of window carpentry and external doors, replacement of central heating and lightning installation as well as replacement of lighting fittings and installation of emergency lighting, works accompanying thermomodernization, assembly of an information and souvenir board.

The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in thermomodernization of the building of Primary School No. 101 in Łódź at ul. Wspólna 5/7 in Lodz.

The scope of works includes:

1) insulation of external walls;

2) insulation of basement walls to the foundation bench with waterproofing;

3) insulation of the flat roof together with accompanying works;

4) replacement of window woodwork in accordance with applicable regulations (before ordering woodwork, dimensions should be checked in the light of the structural walls, taking into account the dimensions of the design as well as external and internal frames in the event of a difference arising from the specification of the installation of old windows, internal frames should be profiled adapting to newly installed windows);

5) replacement of external doors in accordance with applicable regulations (before ordering joinery, dimensions should be checked in the light of structural walls, taking into account external and internal frames);

6) replacement of installations every:

a) installations which should be carried out following the trace of the modernized installation in existing openings remaining after dismantling the installation. Alternatively, it is allowed to run risers, levels on the surface and make the casing from plasterboard. external joints of kg panels (corners) should be secured with a perforated aluminum corner embedded in plaster, then the casing should be putty and painted, in case of covering the risers, a new inspection door should be installed to allow access to the vertical vent (the risers, horizontal and branches should be insulated);

b) after removing old radiators, the wall should be cleaned, leveled, plastered and repainted;

c) existing housings should be dismantled / installed after replacing the central heating, new housings should be installed as described in the design;

7) replacement of the lightning protection system;

8) replacement of lighting fittings and installation of emergency lighting;

9) works associated with thermomodernization;

10) assembly of an information and souvenir board.

Based on Article. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires employment by the Contractor or a subcontractor under a contract of employment of persons performing activities specified in the performance of the contract indicated by the Employer, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code, i.e. activities of construction workers performing works related to the performance of the contract.
