The Studentenwerk Potsdam plans to build a new student dormitory in 15745 Wildau, Hochschulring 17,19. The planned dormitory contains 117 dormitories with a total of 78 residential units (3 dwelling types), which were developed according to the needs of the Studentenwerk.

There will be 39 single apartments and 39 2 shared apartments.

Lot 20 - Flooring work:

- Have 214 door frames.
