The subject of the contract is the provision of ad hoc services consisting in driving bus vehicles of Szczeciński Przedsiębiorstwo Autobusowy "Dąbie" Sp. z o.o. in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 as part of the provision of public road transport services in the Municipality of the City of Szczecin and municipalities with which inter-municipal agreements have been concluded and additional activities resulting from the implementation of these tasks.

1. Subject of the contract:

a) is the provision by the Contractor (through its employees and cooperating persons) to the Ordering Party of ad hoc services consisting in driving bus vehicles of the Ordering Party, as part of the performance of public road transport services in the Municipality of the City of Szczecin and neighboring municipalities and additional activities resulting from the implementation of these tasks in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.

b) provision of additional activities resulting from the implementation of the above-mentioned services performed at the Ordering Party's depot and consisting m.in in carrying vehicles through OC stations, car washes, refueling vehicles with diesel fuel and specialized operating fluids, introducing and leading buses to repair channels.

c) the expected territorial scope of the services provided by the Ordering Party – the Municipality of Szczecin and municipalities with which inter-municipal agreements have been concluded,

d) the provision of services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party in the field of driving vehicles of the Ordering Party will take place within the framework of transport tasks or additional activities specified by the Ordering Party, within specified dates and dimensions resulting from the received schedules and confirmed in the content of each demand.

2. Object range of the order:

a) The Contractor will be obliged to carry out transport on public transport lines operated by the Ordering Party:

- hasty, ordinary and night (detailed information is contained in the SWZ),

- replacement lines for the tram – depending on the needs of the Organizer of public transport or other lines operated by the Ordering Party on the basis of an order (by the Organizer on behalf of the Municipality of the City of Szczecin);

b) The Contractor will be obliged to perform other transport than those listed above as part of the demand submitted by the Ordering Party or other additional activities at the Ordering Party's depot, and indicated in the demand issued by the Ordering Party, e.g. carrying vehicles through OC stations, car wash, refueling vehicles, entering and exiting vehicles to repair channels;

c) acceptance and passing of the Ordering Party's bus will take place according to individual arrangements: at the Ordering Party's depot in Szczecin at 10 Struga Street or at bus stops (intermediate or final) set in the schedule, in accordance with the schedule for a given day of performing the driver's service.

d) the Contractor's drivers will be obliged to apply the organizational and order procedures in force at the Ordering Party, and specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2. The estimated average number of hours of providing services related to the implementation of the order on a monthly basis will be up to 6 500 hours / month (for a period of 12 months up to 78 000 hours).

3. The Contractor may be used by third parties (subcontractors) in the execution of the contract, whereby he is responsible for their actions and omissions as his own.
