PV system with approx. 98 kWp on a new operating theatre building

The following short description is intended to provide an overarching insight into the course, consisting of titles and positions.

Initial situation - New construction OPN (component F)

In the current and ongoing construction project, a completely new functional building with a connection to the existing building will be erected. After completion, this functional building will house a total of seven interdisciplinary operating theatres, an CSSD (sterilisation) as well as changing rooms and a complete technical level.

The technical level is located on the 2nd floor directly below the roof. Apart from the current construction measures, a PV system with an output of approx. 98 kWp is to be installed on the roof.

Before the start of the construction of the PV system, the following preliminary construction measures have already been completed and are therefore already in place on site:

• Completion of the complete roof including insulation, waterproofing and, if necessary, gravelling

• Completion of the technical rooms below the roof

• Commissioning of the main building distribution system of the new operating theatre building with connection option for feeding in the PV system

• Two roof penetrations to the technical level below

Before the PV system is built, coordination with the installation companies involved in the main construction project is necessary in order to define common interfaces. Shared use of the construction site equipment (e.g. scaffolding and cranes) must also be checked in order to avoid any additional costs that may become unnecessary.
