The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from the property where residents live in the territory of the municipality of Czarnocin and the municipal selective collection point (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”) in Czarnocin in order to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the law applicable at the date execution of the order.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from the property where residents live in the territory of the municipality of Czarnocin and the municipal selective collection point (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”) in Czarnocin in order to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the law applicable at the date execution of the order.

The Contractor shall, in particular, be obliged by the Contractor to:

1) the receipt, transport and development of municipal waste directly from inhabited properties:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;

(b) waste collected selectively: glass and packaging of glass, paper and paperboard, packaging of paper and cardboard, plastics and plastic packaging, metal and metal packaging, multi-plant packaging, biowaste and biodegradable waste including waste biodegradable packaging, ash;

(c) mobile receipt, transport and development from property owners of large-sized waste, electrical and electronic equipment and tyres;

2) receiving from designated places, transport and development: expired medicines and waste ineligible for household medical waste as a result of intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of substances in the blood, in particular, needles and syringes;

3) Receiving from the Municipal PSZOK-u, transport and landscaping of waste:

(a) paper, cardboard, packaging of paper and cardboard;

(b) plastics, plastic packaging, multi-plant packaging;

(c) glass, glass packaging;

(d) metal, metal packaging;

e) used batteries, batteries, fluorescent lamps;

(f) construction and demolition waste (derived from minor repairs: rubble, ceramic materials and equipment elements, polystyrene, wood, etc.);

(g) furniture and other large-sized waste (e.g. domestic sanitary equipment, used lamps and light fixtures, household equipment, housing and household joinery components, plastic components and appliances);

(h) used car tyres;

i) waste electrical and electronic equipment;

(j) chemicals;

(k) biodegradable;

(l) biowaste;

(s) dangerous;

4) ensure for the duration of the order of mixed-waste containers and bags (and for real estate multi-family bags, containers and containers) for selective waste collection, including: ash;

5) ensure on the duration of the order of containers necessary for the operation of the municipal PSOK;

6) control of observance of selective collection of municipal waste;

7) develop and after agreeing with the Ordering Party to provide property owners:

(a) the timetable (as well as changes) of waste collection;

(b) an information and education leaflet which will depict the selection of waste taking into account what waste should not be collected in individual fractions;

8) keep and transfer documentation related to the subject of the contract to the Contracting Authority.
