The tender concerns the rental, delivery, washing and collection of workwear for staff within the elderly area in Glostrup Municipality. The target group for the offer is employees who perform tasks with citizen contact on a daily basis in the form of practical help, care and personal care and treatment within the elderly area.
The tender concerns the rental and washing of workwear for the staff of three senior centres, including three kitchens, two day centres, the municipal home/nursing centre, a training centre and a rehabilitation centre. In addition, the service includes access to an electronic ordering/management system that makes it easy to manage, control and customize the inventory. The number of healthcare professionals in Glostrup Municipality's elderly area can vary in both an upward and downward direction during the agreement period. Currently, the agreement covers approximately 537 employees divided as follows: • 415 permanent employees who must have personally marked clothing • 122 students who must have person-marked clothing (see Appendix 1 – Requirements specification), while pool clothes for students at the Training Center and temporary workers as needed The above is divided into approximately 90% women and 10% men.
