The subject of the contract is the expansion of the disk arrays owned by the Ordering Party, consisting in the delivery of disks, their installation and commissioning in the Ordering Party's environment.

This procedure shall be carried out under the unlimited invitation to tender referred to in Article 132 of the Pzp Act on the value of a contract equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds set out under Article 3 of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act

The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to the subcontractor or subcontractors.

The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractors to pay a bid bond

The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL

1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the DellEMC UNITY 380 s/n CKM00202301503 and DellEMC UNITY 380 s/n CKM01214206198 disk arrays owned by the Ordering Party (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract"), consisting in the delivery of disks, their installation and commissioning in the Ordering Party's environment.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ “Description of the object of the order” (also referred to as OPZ).

The term of the contract is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders and will be assessed in accordance with the principles described in Chapter XIX of the SWZ.
