North Glasgow Housing Association Ltd. is a not for profit social housing provider and is a registered social landlord based in the north side of Glasgow.

It is the Association's intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver their 3 star Gas Annual Inspection and Reactive Maintenance Contract to their properties in 'Area A', North Glasgow.

This contract will also include maintenance to approximately 359 electric or electric wet central heating systems, these systems will be priced separately from the 3 Star Gas contract. The total number of units owned by the Association included within this contract is approximately 2213. This comprises approximately 1854 gas installations and 359 electric or electric wet heating systems. The Contract is to be let for a period of 3 years with an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further 2 years.

It is envisaged that the initial contract will commence circa the 1.7.2012.
