The tender concerns a Framework Agreement for the provision of communication services in the form of handling fully developed creative formats and idea development within SDU's established framework for campaign tracks and brand platform. The specific services in this connection are the design/preparation of:
- Campaigns to relevant target groups on relevant platforms
- Channel selection strategy
- Content formats, including digital ads and out of home materials

In connection with the preparation of the above tasks, the Tenderer must be able to handle strategic presentations including target group definition, core messages, approach to the market, project management, success criteria, the total financial cost to the Customer for the entire project, etc.
Only the above-mentioned types of communication services are covered by the present tender, and the mentioned services must fall within the concept of handling fully developed creative formats and idea development within the overall framework. Reprints as well as ongoing adaptation of layout and format must thus take place within an overall concept, e.g. SDU's brand platform. A basic concept development or an actual redesign of the framework is thus not covered by the present call for tenders.
The purpose of the invitation to tender is to expose the communications services covered by the invitation to tender to competition with a view to awarding the framework agreement to a fixed group of suppliers. Against this background, the Framework Agreement should help the Contracting Entity to achieve the right quality at competitive prices and to streamline ordering procedures. It is therefore crucial for the Contracting Entity that the Tenderers focus in their tenders on the requirements and wishes written by the Client.
