This consultation concerns the establishment of a framework agreement with purchase orders for the execution of project management assistance missions (AMO) relating to studies, advice and advice on safety against the risks of fire and explosion, both in the phase of operation, rehabilitation, transformation and management of buildings on real estate projects managed by CDC HABITAT and CDC HABITAT SOCIAL in Ile-de-France. These missions are planned in vacation missions, included in a Unit Price List. The total amount for the total duration of the purchase order contract is set in value as follows: without minimum and with a maximum of 1,000,000.00 euros HT.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH PURCHASE ORDERS RELATING TO A PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE MISSION IN FIRE SAFETY (AMO SI) IN ÎLE-DE-FRANCE

This consultation concerns the establishment of a framework agreement with purchase orders for the execution of project management assistance missions (AMO) relating to studies, advice and advice on safety against the risks of fire and explosion, both in the phase of operation, rehabilitation, transformation and management of buildings on real estate projects managed by CDC HABITAT and CDC HABITAT SOCIAL in Ile-de-France.

The missions target all or some of the following areas:

-Contradictory fire and explosion safety audits and pre-rehabilitation audits;

-Technical advice on fire safety on a specific problem concerning a specific part of a building or equipment,

-Advice following a request sent by email or telephone in the field of security against the risks of fire and explosion;

-Assistance in the award of contracts, through the development of DCEs and analysis of offers;

-Quality control through the monitoring of external service providers;

-Support, outside project management, in the context of fire safety improvement work;

-Awareness of project management and/or operation stakeholders to issues related to safety against fire and explosion risks and the prevention of these risks.

-Technical assistance in the context of private and/or legal disputes.

These missions are planned in vacation missions, included in a Unit Price List. The total amount for the total duration of the purchase order contract is set in value as follows: without minimum and with a maximum of 1,000,000.00 euros HT.
