In the event of damage to the surface through equipment, the Contractor bears the costs of repairing the damage caused. The list of pavements is attached as Annex 14 to the SWZ. The Contractor will perform cleaning works after the winter season at the request of the Ordering Party - post-winter sweeping of sidewalks.
