The acquisition relates to lock supplies for the needs of the City of Pori and the co-operative entities involved in the acquisition, as well as the installation and maintenance work related to these activities. Accessories include electrical and mechanical locks, fittings, keys and other accessories. The services to be acquired include installation maintenance and serialization work, in addition to on-call 24/7.

The bidder must have a security business licence and manage this acquisition

installation, maintenance and repair work of products according to them.

Products offered at net price listed under “Criteria for Acquisition”.

If the brand name is mentioned, it means the quality level of the product, whereby can provide

a product with a comparable quality level.

A framework arrangement shall be established on the acquisition, including one to three

supplier. Individual net price products and services are ordered

in order of aggregate economic order, on the terms and criteria that:

the larger entities indicated in the tender documents shall be competitive

among framework contract suppliers.

This acquisition does not include employment monitoring and access control systems.

Subjects may be competed separately, from outside of this agreement.

The three bidders (3) with the highest points are selected for the framework arrangement;

Separate agreements are entered into with the service providers.

Individual net price products and services shall be ordered in order of total economy on the terms and criteria indicated in the tender documents. If the most affordable Service Provider is unable to deliver services/products that match the subscriber's need, the subscriber has the right to place an order from the next lowest-priced Service Provider.

In other respects (larger entities or products whose conditions are not preempted

defined) mini-competition with the Service Providers involved in the framework arrangement

in the middle.
