The subject of the contract is active protection measures consisting of: three times (once a year) cutting of self-seeding and regrowth of trees and shrubs, mainly birch and pine from a total area of approx. 195 ha from the designated by the Employer together with the person supervising the "Bielawa" nature reserve plots of land: Krokowa commune within Sławoszyno, indicated in the ToR, in which there is a complex of natural habitats:

- 7120 high peat bogs degraded but capable of natural and stimulated regeneration,

- 7140 transitional peat bogs and bogs,

- 4010 wet heaths with swamp heath.

Export of biomass after the first cut from an area of approx. 30 ha designated by the Employer together with the person supervising the "Bielawa" nature reserve within the plots of land: Krokowa commune, Sławoszyno district indicated in the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with applicable Polish and EU law, in particular the Act of 16.4.2004 on nature protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1614, as amended), subject to health and safety regulations and fire.

In accordance with art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer indicates that in the following areas:

- harvesting and logging of wood material (pilars and machine operators), mechanical or manual mowing

Requires employment on the basis of an employment contract. Determining the working time and the number of people, the Employer leaves the Contractor. Ww. the requirements for the Contractor shall apply accordingly to the Subcontractor. Detailed rules regarding the implementation of the obligation arising from art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act are set out in the ToR and in the Specimen Contract constituting Annex 11 to the ToR.

The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.
