The project for the Azores Qualification Centre is guided by the principles of environmental, social and economic sustainability and aims to strengthen the commitment of the Autonomous Region of the Azores to sustainable development, in all its dimensions, thus contributing to improving the conditions of trainees and trainers, as well as training offerings. Thus, in a succinct way, the project contemplates a reformulation of the existing buildings, which consists of the spatial reorganization, replacement of coatings, both of walls and of floors, replacement of some roofs, installation of new water supply and drainage networks, as well as new electrical, ITED and HVAC infrastructures
