Procurement procedure for the supply of a UHV magnetron sputtering system

Tenders are issued for the delivery, installation, ready-to-use handover including functional test, training, instruction (also safety briefing) and acceptance of a UHV magnetron sputtering system for the deposition of superconducting material to up to 4" samples.

Due to the requirements of the approval procedure, the maximum available funds are limited and end at EUR 400,000 (including VAT or comparable, customs duties and any discounts). Offers that exceed this limit cannot be considered. Imputed VAT and customs duties are part of the threshold.
