The client's goal is to purchase the equipment of the Tallinn Sports Hall (Herne 30). The equipment supplied and installed must meet the functional needs of the users and be appropriate to the interior architectural concept of the building. The quality and rationality of the things offered in the cost of use must be guaranteed in the best possible way. Including:

• Things must be suitable for use in sports facilities, communal and office spaces;

• Things must be as durable and long-lasting as possible in maintenance, and the cost of maintenance must be as low as possible;

• Things must be safe, compatible with the intended use and allowed for use in Estonia and / or EU countries.
