(a) The procurement office of the Magdeburg tax office intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of pick-up, transport and delivery services as well as for the return of undeliverable letters in accordance with the terms of reference for items of correspondence weighing up to 1 000 g.

(b) The contract shall be awarded in a total of 14 lots for the consumers referred to in II.2) separately for letter services and formal postal delivery services.

c) For further details, please refer to the presentation of the individual lots.

d) Due to the enormously high sensitivity of these letters (tax secrecy, data protection, etc.), the client is dependent on making use of mail services or formal postal delivery services of consistently high quality.
