The full name of the contract, which due to the limited number of characters, did not fit into section II.1.1) of the announcement, is: Preparation of an update of the project documentation along with the author's supervision for the task entitled: "Extension of the Szadółki Node" as part of the task entitled: "Documentation for future projects".

1. The object of the order is:

1) preparation of an update of the design documentation entitled: "Extension of the Szadółki Node" developed at the request of DRMG in 2017, including construction designs, executive designs, specifications, bills of quantities, cost estimates, taking into account adaptation to applicable law with updating or obtaining the necessary arrangements, preparation of an application for issuing an administrative decision of ZRiD allowing for construction works to be carried out for the task with updating (or obtaining - if it is necessary) annexes to the application, including. m.in. opinions, draft divisions and updating the map for design purposes,

2) performing author's supervision - during the period of execution of construction works performed on the basis of design documentation being the subject of the contract, but no longer than within 4 years from the date of receipt of the last part of the documentation constituting the subject of the contract.
