Object of the contract:

The purpose of the company is to extend the Trivières wastewater treatment plant (from 19,000 to 40,000 EH). This includes the construction of a second treatment line, a new storm water treatment line and a new sludge treatment facility.

Work description:

The undertaking shall include all the works, supplies and labour necessary for the provision of an installation perfectly in working order to the contracting authority upon provisional approval.

(a) Preparatory work:

— preparatory work includes: inventory, collection of instructions and information from different administrations, applications for connections to electricity, water and telephone, impetrants, supplementary topographic surveys, complementary soil tests, disposal of waste and rubble on land and/or landfills approved at company expense, etc.

(b) Civil engineering work:

— earthworks of cuttings, embankments, levelings, shielding, folding...

— all works and supplies for the construction of civil engineering works and technical buildings,

— the realization of road works and development of the approaches, drains, discharges, plantations, seeding...

(c) Electromechanical work:

All works and supplies for the realization of electromechanical equipment at the level:

— existing water treatment works,

— new water treatment works,

— the treatment of sludge...

(d) Electrical work:

Include in particular:

— control panels, control and protection of installations,

— wiring,

— the tests and approvals of the HT and BT tables.

Note: the Automation Management Service of IDEA-Hennuyère, provides programming of all MLU and PLC and injection of programs into MLU and PLC.

e) Miscellaneous:

The company is also responsible, in particular:

— visits to the fire department;

— aeration tests;

— noise testing;

— performance measures (water, sludge and air treatment);

— the preparation of documents for the execution of the works: list of engines and their consumption, data sheets, measurements, electrical diagrams, list of input-output;

— interventions during the warranty period, in the event of a defect at the installations, such interventions shall be carried out within 24 hours of the request of the contracting authority;

— the final inspection of the equipment, within 15 calendar days preceding the day on which the warranty period expires;

— training of operating personnel.
