The purpose of the contract is to process incoming mail from CPAM 92 (13,000 folds per day on average): opening envelopes without extraction in basic solution and primary sorting.

The purpose of the contract is to process incoming mail from CPAM 92. The service includes in basic solution:

- the recovery of the folds on a single site of the Post office,

- the opening of the envelopes without extracting the mail and the sorting of the envelopes on a site of the holder, according to the modalities and specificities fixed with the CCTP,

- delivery of mail to "j" between 16:30 and 17:00 on a single site of the CPAM (Nanterre then Puteaux current 2020).
