The municipality of Goes wants to enter into agreements with market parties for the maintenance and management of a large part of its municipal real estate. The assignment includes corrective, preventive, and planned maintenance, including inspections and certifications, as well as managing the project management over the agreement and associated management tasks.
The goal of the assignment is to proactively advise and support the municipality in the realization of its real estate policy.
The agreement has an initial duration of three years, with three optional extensions of one year each. The assignment pertains to the management and maintenance of approximately 96 municipal buildings within the municipality of Goes. The real estate is divided into four lots: two architectural and two technical installation lots. The portfolio includes a variety of buildings, including, among others, a city office, theaters, community centers, sports facilities, as well as small-scale amenities such as storage locations at cemeteries and music bandshells.
