The subject of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a framework contract for agency services for 622 journal titles in electronic form. The estimated sales volume is approx. EUR 500,000 net annually.

The framework agreement regulates the framework conditions for the licensing of German-language and international journals worldwide, without regional restrictions in electronic form.

The conditions for calling individual contracts under the contract are to be comprehensively defined by this invitation to tender.

Due to the possibility of unsubscribing and subscribing from other titles, the acceptance of the journals cannot be guaranteed. It is therefore not a minimum purchase quantity, but an estimated volume that should enable you to calculate your offer. Consequently, no subscription obligations are entered into with this contract. Only after the framework contract has been awarded, orders for orders are carried out by the university library.
