This consultation concerns the awarding of a global public performance contract within the meaning of L. 2171-3 and R. 2171-2 et seq. Of the Public Order Code.

The procedure used is the procedure with negotiation (articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 of the code of the public order), relating to the design, the realization, the exploitation and the guarantee of the energy performances over 5 years for the construction of a primary school A of 14 classes (9 elementary classes and 5 nursery classes) and a primary school B of 15 classes (10 elementary and 5 nursery classes), making a total of 29 classes corresponding to the parcel cadastral 21, in the UGA zone of the Local Urban Plan (Plu). Project to meet Passivhaus labels requirements.

The school "a" located on the north field will include 9 elementary classes and 5 kindergarten classes, for a total of 14 classes. Its capacities and volumes meet the following requirements: net surface area (surface outside the peripheral walls) approximately 5 289 m 2 .

School "b" located on the south field will include 10 elementary classes and 5 kindergarten classes, for a total of 15 classes. Its capacities and volumes meet the following requirements: Net surface area (surface outside the peripheral walls) approximately 6,927 m 2 . These schools will have to accommodate kindergarten and elementary classes, extra-curricular spaces, maternity and elementary leisure spaces without accommodation, shared premises: administration, catering, multipurpose room, technical premises ... etc. and outdoor facilities: recreational areas (courtyards, playground ...), parking, plantations, flooring ... etc.
